{nutty bar!!}

i had forgotten about this post!! i found it in my saved file! oops! this was a few weeks back...bruce, bonnie, brandon and i went to Okoboji, Iowa for the day! That was a fun day! We used the excuse that we needed to deliver furniture to a guy's house there...which we really did!...so then we had a nice little visit to the area!
The mayor here bought a weekend home in Okoboji and needed new furniture for the house...and came shopping here at the furniture shoppe! So all four of us took the delivery truck on the almost 2 hour drive...note: the delivery truck only seats 2! Bruce drove, Bonnie was passenger and Brandon and i got to sit in the back on a love seat!! That was so much fun! Good thing we didn't get stopped though!!

While the guys were unloading the furniture...Bonnie and i went out to the deck that overlooked the lake and relaxed! That was beautiful...i should have taken photos!
Afterwards we went out for dinner and then to the park that had a bunch of little shoppes and an amusement park. i was told that it is tradition that we stop at the Nutty Bar Stand and each have a "nutty bar" on a stick! So we did!!

Yum!! Bruce and Brandon loved them!
They were okay...a lot of ice-cream for me though!
