My boys...i got a few photos of them tonight. i had to practically drag my husband out there...after i made him put on a different shirt! Notice that the collar is all frumpy...he wasn't too hip on the idea since it was super duper hot outside!! but, hey, at least i didn't make him shave first!! (i thought about it!!)

Tonight the three of us went outside and took a few photos. i asked Brandon to take a few photos of Ollie and i. i'm always behind the camera so i don't have very many photos of just Ollie and i...but i'll get better about being on the other side!!

Makayla Marie

This past weekend Brent and Chrissy were home with their new little girl, Makayla! Oh, so cute!! Oh, so little! i got to take a few photos of her while she was here...

i love how she kept pursing her lips together this way!!

almost 3 months...

Little Ollie...almost 3 months old...4 days to go!
Yesterday, Brandon was gone for a little while for his band, so after Ollie woke up from his awesome 2 hour nap...we took a few photos of him. Brandon and my room has great light for photos...so Oliver laid on our bed and i snapped away!

oofdah!

Yesterday i put Ollie's swimsuit on him to see if it fit...well, you can judge for yourself if you think it fits!! his swim shorts were a gift from shasta, jon and elsie...cute little shorts from janie and jack. and i found the swim shirt at gymboree before he was born. the shorts will fit for a little bit longer...but i don't think that shirt is going to do anymore!! This coming weekend my fam is coming down for Oliver's baptism...and i thought we might be able to go swimming either at the Blue Earth pool or at the hotel they will be staying at...but i think Ollie will be going shirtless!!

baby buddha

i have a baby buddha!! After doing a photo shoot, he was propped up against me and with his big belly, he looked just like a baby buddha!! Brandon said he was searching for spiritual enlightenment!! My goodness, that is one big belly our little guy has!!

alice is gone

alice has left our family. she is traveling to south carolina and will not be back.
she will be missed.

brandon sold his old pacer (aka alice) to this very enthusiastic kid from south carolina! so tonight a transporter came and picked it up. brandon had been storing the car out to shelly's farm, tonight oliver and i drove out and met brandon there to take a few photos before the car left. we had to take a photo of oliver and brandon in the car...so here they are!

Brandon went in to Ollie's room to check on him while he was taking a nap and this is what he found...Oliver's arm sticking out the side of his crib! Brandon called for me to come and see him...and of course i had to run back out and grab the camera!

We finally got a photo of "the lip". When Oliver is working up a good cry, he will stick out his lower lip...it is sooo cute! You can't help but chuckle!!
